The Shelby County Republican Women's Club

A grassroots organization that strengthens the Republican Party by recruiting, training and electing candidates; advocating the Party's philosophy and initiatives; and empowering women of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds in the political process.

Honored

Linda Rucker was honored as Shelby Co. Woman of the Year at the Ky. Federation of Republican Women's convention on Sept. 12, 2008.

2009 Meetings

The Shelby County Republican Women's Club meets on the 3rd Monday each month.

Apr. 20, Mon.: The Women's club will participate in a fund-raiser for the Center for Women and Families by participating in Bunco Night, hosted by the Shelby Co. Woman's Club at the Stratton Community Center, 215 Washington St., Shelbyville. Registration from 6:30-7 P.M. Play will start at 7 P.M. All proceeds will be given to the center. Entry fee $10/person.
